Terms and Conditions of Use for Excursions

1. Subject of the Service

"Booking Palermo Adventure" is an online service provided by Palermo Adventure - VAT number 06776870823, which allows users to book rubber boat excursions organized by Palermo Adventure. The service is accessible upon registration on the dedicated platform.

2. Booking Procedure

To make a reservation, the user must:

• Register by providing their personal data;
• Select the desired day and time slot for the excursion;
• Indicate the number of passengers participating;
• Upload identity documents of the participants;
• Confirm the booking through electronic payment via PayPal.

Bookings not completed with payment will be automatically canceled by the system.

3. Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation:

• If cancelled up to four days before the excursion, the user is entitled to a refund of 50% of the amount paid. For cancellations made within the three days prior to the excursion, the refund will be 20%.
• No refund is provided on the day of the excursion.
• In case of excursion cancellation by Palermo Adventure due to adverse weather or sea conditions, or rubber boat malfunctions, the user will be entitled to a 100% refund of the amount paid.

4. Limitations of Liability

Palermo Adventure is not responsible for service disruptions caused by malfunctions of the platform beyond its control (e.g., network problems, external payment services).
The organization reserves the right to modify schedules, itineraries, and excursion modalities for safety reasons or operational needs.

5. Jurisdiction

For any dispute relating to the use of the "Booking Palermo Adventure" service, the Court of Palermo shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

6. Acceptance

By registering and using the service, the user declares that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions.
